Made-to-Order Items
Because every BXTCHFIT piece is printed on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns for fit preference or change of mind. We strongly recommend reviewing the Size Guide and the fit notes on each product page before ordering.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged, we will replace it at no cost to you. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@bxtchfit.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We’ll sort it fast.
Size Exchanges
Not the right size? We offer store credit for size exchanges on unworn, unaltered items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags attached.
To start an exchange, email hello@bxtchfit.com with your order number and the size you need.
Wrong Item Received
If we sent you the wrong item, we’ll send the correct one immediately at no charge. Same process — email us with your order number and a photo.
